1098-T Tax Reporting Information
UW-Platteville files the 1098-T form for each student they enroll and for whom a reportable transaction is made.

2020 Forward
Students will be able to retrieve a copy of their 1098T directly from their PASS account. Students will need to consent to receive it electronically by following the steps listed in the FINANCIALS menu under 鈥榁iew 1098-T鈥 in PASS.
If students do not consent to receive it electronically, a copy will be mailed to the home address at the end of January each year.
2019 and Prior Years
If a copy of a prior year鈥檚 1098-T is needed, the student will need to contact the Cashier鈥檚 Office at 608.342.1211 or cashieroff@uwplatt.edu.
