Delaware Community School second graders field-tripped to the Normanskill Farm on Wednesday, where they made (then tasted!) butter, watched a blacksmith at work, received some fresh-sheared wool, got up close to cows, discussed healthy eating and learned more about recycling, reusing and composting.
All City School District of 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ second graders have visited or will visit the farm before school ends.
