Student Equity Team demonstrates leadership

Students present on student voice to teachers.

The roles were reversed here at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School on Monday!

Students stood at the front of the class and teachers sat behind desks!

The switch occurred during a regularly scheduled Common Planning Time (CPT) facilitated by Assistant Principal Amelia Gallagher. However, instead of an administrator conducting the session, members of the focused on student voice, discipline date versus

demographics and student advocacy.

Thank you to our presenting students – your leadership skills are evident!
